so im running now to get in shape for hockey.
from my house to vernoys. not sure the distance but i'll just post my times here for my own reference.
january 18th - 25 min (approx)
january 19th - 25 min with kotchie
january 20th - 23 min (weak shit)
january 21st - 20 min with smiley and kells
January 22nd - 20 min with smiley
january 25th - flop AKA taco hell feast AKA fat tiem
january 26th -
I can never get motivated to run outside, I am such a metrics kinda girl, that I way prefer to run on a treadmill because I can see the speeds / times / bla bla bla. I really need to get motivated to run outside.

ReplyDeleteit was hard for me to motivate myself but now that ive done it every night for a week its alot easier. plus the weather is great outside to go for a run.
